Wolfenstein 3D is id Software's, copyright 1992, published by Apogee Software. This is the shareware episode from Apogee's own ftp site, whose vendor.doc says everyone can and is encouraged to copy, upload and pass the program around without charging for it; the files are in the bundle unchanged. The other five episodes are sold by id's owners today. Where every game in the arcade comes from, with its terms, is on the arcade page.
